My son and I enjoyed working with Joel to find a suitable townhouse or condo. He always send us places as soon as they came available and was ready to make an appointment for us to see the place. Joel was always ready to supply us with information about the place and surroundings we were interested in. When my son was sick for several weeks, Joel was nice to pick me up to to look at different places that came available. Since my son was very interested in a particular place in Salem, he was on the look-out for it. When a condo in that place came available, he called right away and made an appointment to see that same day. We were able to buy a condo there, next to the one we looked at, since Joel was very alert to see one in the next building that had a sign sale by owner. I can highly recommend him as a realtor.

About Joel Humphreys
I've been a full time Agent since 2005. I have loved every minute of being a REALTOR. It allows me to help people accomplish some of their biggest life decisions. I grew up in Christiansburg and graduated from CHS. Then it was off to the big city of Norfolk to attend Old Dominion where I received my degree in Exercise science. After college I moved to Roanoke where I met my wife. We started life together in Roanoke for 15 years before deciding to move to Christiansburg to be closer to my family. I am a proud father of 6 wonder children Josiah, Elijah, Micah, Ellyanah, Judah and Nehemiah.
